What we collect

Northside Print & Design (ABN 12 138 906 368) collects the details you give us when you order, create an account or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, the artwork files you upload, and your order history.

How we use it

We use your information to print and deliver your order, send order updates and proofs, answer your questions, and keep records for tax and accounting. We’ll only send marketing emails if you’ve agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our website.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed with the services that help us fulfil your order, such as our courier for delivery and our payment provider. We don’t sell your information.

Your artwork

Artwork you upload is used only to produce your order. We keep files so you can reorder easily, unless you ask us to delete them.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart and login working, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can view and update your details any time in My account, or ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
